The façade of the Orange County Performing Arts Center's Segerstrom Hall never before had been lit. RDLD's concept was to design lighting that would cause the building’s exterior walls to glow, almost appearing to radiate their own light. The Napoleon granite juxtaposed against the salt-finish concrete required different lighting and color applications.
